Refund Policy

At Ekka Reef Pty Ltd , we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully:

Regular Orders

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Pre-Orders 

Pre-orders  require  a deposit to secure your item, with the remaining balance due before your order ships. if you wish to cancel a preorder before it has shipped, we will offer a store credit for the deposit as the first option. If you prefer a cash refund instead, we will process one back to your original payment method. Once the order has been dispatched our regular return policy applies.  

Non-Refundable items:

• Gift cards

• Downloadable products

• Items marked as final sale or clearance

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect
