Regular Orders

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags intact.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders can be cancelled and refunded anytime before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, our regular return policy applies.
