Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with us. Please review the following details before placing your order:

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-ordering reserves your item before it is available for dispatch. A deposit is collected at checkout to secure your item from our limited run, with the remaining balance due before your order ships.

Estimated Shipping Timeframe:
Pre-order items are expected to ship in late September 2026. This is an estimated timeframe and may vary due to manufacturing or shipping delays beyond our control. We will notify you immediately if there are any changes to the expected shipping date.

Shipping Process:
– Once your pre-order item arrives at our warehouse, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
– You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
– Delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Combined Orders:
If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items to ship immediately, please place a separate order for those items.

Cancellations and Refunds:
If you wish to cancel a pre-order before it has shipped, we will offer a store credit for the deposit as the first option. If you prefer a cash refund instead, we will process one back to your original payment method. Once your order has shipped, our standard Refund Policy applies.
