Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing to pre-order with us. Please review the following details before placing your order:

What is a Pre-Order?
Pre-ordering reserves your item before it is available for dispatch. Full payment is collected at checkout to secure your item from our limited run.

Estimated Shipping Timeframe:
Pre-order items are expected to ship in early August 2025. This is an estimated timeframe and may vary due to manufacturing or shipping delays beyond our control. We will notify you immediately if there are any changes to the expected shipping date.

Shipping Process:
– Once your pre-order item arrives at our warehouse, it will be dispatched within 1-3 business days.
– You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
– Delivery times will vary depending on your location and selected shipping method at checkout.

Combined Orders:
If you place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship once all items are available. If you would like in-stock items to ship immediately, please place a separate order for those items.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before your order has shipped. Once your order has shipped, our standard returns policy will apply.
